"Foogel Spotlight", Oh yes !!!! "Mika" is truly such a big Spotlight in our life and there
are not enough words possible to describe how much we are in love and adore this wonder-
ful boy. He has beaten all our expectations we had when he arrived in age of only 10 weeks
at Frankfurt airport and makes us one and only so very happy. Such wonderful fourpaw best
friend you can have only once and Mika is truly a "Once in a Lifetime dog" for us; overall so
very gentle and social with extremely lovely temper. Mika is very best compagnion you can ever
wish in your life and he is really our BEST ONE !! He has very big heart of gold and what for very
long time full of sadness for him when he lost his very best and dear friend Tino. Mika is real hand-
some male, still a playful child in his minds and even sleeping on his own pillow in our bed.......
With his wonderful lively and outgoing temperament this lovely boy is such big pleasure to live
with. Mika is truly a dream of dog and especially Kerstin`s boy who makes her feel so very happy
like he is such big love of her life too !

Mika`s Show Career is really something were we couldn`t even dream about and already in age of
only 4 years old he became a true Multi Champion and was been awarded with many titles in euro-
pean countries too. He started by winning immediatelly "Best in Show Puppy" and in age of only
11 month old he succeed a big hit when he was been GROUPWINNER "BIG-1" from International
Show in Hannover and just 4 weeks later he gained his 1.st BEST IN SHOW too !!
Indeed we had lots of happy moments with our "Super-Star Mika" in the showring like we are so very
proud about him too. Many thanks to all the judges who thought so highly of Mika.

    In January 2001, arrived our new familymember "Mika"to his new home, here by us,

    in Germany. He was born on 11.11.00 in the Kennel Foogel from Finland.

    Big Thanks to his breeders Mrs. Senja & Sinikka Mäkinen, who make it possible, to live together

    with this nice boy out of such very excellent parents, which are one of our favourite English 

    Springer Spaniels. Mika is our first English Springer Spaniel and with him, for Kerstin a great

    "Dream comes true". You can read more about her desire over many years for having 

    an own English Springer Spaniel on our site "How it all began".......

                                                      

     From the beginning, Mika has charmed us all with his very delightful temper. Still a

     puppy, he is the Star in in our family and he is very lovely. 

     "Tino" and "Dusty"are looking with great interest to our new familymember, who

     want to play with them and like it very much, to bite both in their "long Cocker-ears".

     But they are very regardful for him and we think, that they will be good friends.

Now,  Mika is 12 weeks old and he has already

brought us a lot of joy. He is always kind to every-
body and a sweet little boy.                                                                 

         Despite of  his young age, he is a dog full of energy and he
         knows, how to enjoy his life. When he becomes his "special
         five minutes", he is like a real whirlwind  - all or nothing in
         full speed.   

 

On this picture, Mika is 15 weeks old and it is still to early to say,
what`s to become of him.  However we are very happy and satisfied
with him so far. 

How you can see on his pedigree, he is an interesting mix out of 
many highly legendary ESS from very well known kennels inclu-                           
ding several english bloodlines. So he has a great provenance from
England - the native country of the English Springer Spaniel.
